Summer?

As we have seen a bit of sun this week please can we ask all parents to bring in sun cream. Please can you label the sun cream with your child’s name. Thank you.

 Illness

We have had one case of chicken pox in the Buttercups room.

 Other information

We are expanding our den making kit and would love any old towels, bed sheets, duvets and shower curtains.  Please give any donations to Josie.

Alison would like shoebox lids and any bits they Sunflowers can use for Junk modelling.

Please can all parents make sure they sign their child in and out of Nursery. This is a legal requirement and could go against us in an Ofsted inspection.

Chicks

We will be sad to say goodbye to the chicks on Friday 26th but we have all enjoyed looking after them.

Staff News
Leanne is going on a Planning, observing and documenting children's learning course on Thursday.

This week’s activities

Each key person will be responsible for designing an activity based on their key children’s needs; however, all children who are in on that day will have the opportunity to access the activity too.

If the key person is on holiday or off, another staff member will be able to lead the activity in their place so that the children do not miss out.

For more information on the Early Years Foundation stage, the guidance we use to support our planning and practice, visit:
