Dear
Parents
Security
Please
can all parents ask a member of staff to let them out of the nursery front
door. We have had an incident recently when a parent was able to gain access to
the porch area due to someone letting themselves out. Luckily this was a parent
and not someone unknown to the setting, however it highlights how important
security is.
We
have a two door security system so that even if someone got into the porch they
would not be able to access the nursery. However it is important for us to be
able to screen everyone who want to enter the setting. We have never had a
security issue and with your help we should never have one. Please ask
someone to lock you out!
This
week’s activities
Each
key person will be responsible for designing an activity based on their key
children’s needs; however, all children who are in on that day will have the
opportunity to access the activity too.
If
the key person is on holiday or off, another staff member will be able to lead
the activity in their place so that the children do not miss out.
