Dear
Parents
End
of term reports
We
are now going to add our end of term summary reports to the ILD’S. These are
short reports we do on each child to assess how they have progressed each term.
If you have any comments on these reports you can talk to your child’s key
person or write something yourself on the ILD.
Thank
you to the parents who have added information on to their child’s ILD. We hope
you will all be doing that soon so we can create a true picture of your child’s
learning journey in their early years.
I
still have some parents who have not signed up to the ILD yet, it is really
important that you do so. If you need another form or have any questions please
let me know.
Funding
forms
It’s
that time of the term again when I send out the forms for the funding. The
Sunflowers teams are giving these out along with the information guide if this
is the first time we will claim funding for your child. I have also attached an
information guide to this email.
Illness
We
still have a nasty cough/temperature bug going around. It has mainly been
affecting the Sunflowers and Babies so please be aware.

Menus
There are no planned changes to this week’s menu.
This week’s activities
Each key person will be responsible for designing
an activity based on their key children’s needs; however, all children who are
in on that day will have the opportunity to access the activity too.
If the key person is on holiday or off, another
staff member will be able to lead the activity in their place so that the
children do not miss out.
